AC Milan paid a heavy price for their visit to Lazio as they were hammered 4-1. The hosts took the lead just before the half-hour mark through an unstoppable penalty from Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. Then, after the break, the home side doubled their lead through a superb goal from Hernanes and a controversial own goal from Stefan de Vrij. The fourth and final goal came in the closing minutes through an own goal from Mateo Musacchio. AC Milan now find themselves bottom of Serie A with just four points from their first six games.
