‘Virgínia raakt basisplek kwijt na fout, Ruiter krijgt donderdag kans’
On Wednesday, Virgínia Raakt basisplek in Utrecht was kwijtgeschoten after a mistake. Ruiter, the victim, had the right to receive a refund for the use of the place.
The mistake was made when Virgínia Raakt’s management decided to list the address of the basisplek on the website without first contacting Ruiter. Ruiter therefore received the incorrect information and had to take steps to ensure that he did not use the basisplek.
