Spring has officially arrived! The official spring forecast is here for BC and we’re lowkey excited about what’s in store for the upcoming months.
The forecast for the next few months suggests that temperatures will remain above average throughout BC, with March and April expected to be the warmest months. We can expect temperatures to be slightly above seasonal averages for the majority of the province, with the southern portions of the province seeing the highest temperatures.
Rainfall for the next few months is expected to be average or slightly above average for most of the province. In addition, BC’s mountain snowpack levels are above average, meaning that we are in for a great ski season.
The spring forecast is also good news for farmers and gardeners. March and April are expected to be warmer and drier than usual, which should help crops and plants get off to a good start.
All in all, the spring forecast is looking pretty good for BC. The warmer temperatures and above-average snowpack levels should make for a great ski season and a great springtime for all. So, let’s get out and enjoy the sunshine and start planning those springtime adventures!
