It’s a scary thought, but it’s true: Atekcity has recalled two million of their COSORI® Air Fryers due to fire and burn hazards. The recall was announced on October 22, 2020, and affects all models of the air fryer sold between August 2017 and October 2020.

What’s the Problem?

The air fryer’s heating element can overheat and ignite, posing a fire and burn hazard to consumers. Atekcity has received six reports of the air fryer overheating, including two reports of minor property damage and one report of a minor burn injury.

What Should You Do?
